The building project organiser’s contract contains particular duties which a builder or developer is bound to fulfil. When it comes to assessing a builder’s breach of duties, it needs an experienced adviser, who is thoroughly familiar with the classifications and distinctions involved in defects of individual freehold property, joint condominium property, and land. Here we can help our clients − be they builders or purchasers of residential property or part-property − to evaluate matters correctly, in order, ideally, to continue contractual relations between the builder and the purchaser without court proceedings.
